Can I bring a camera to the show?
Photography is not permitted at the majority of shows at the Fillmore Silver Spring. Some bands permit non-professional point and shoot cameras, provided that they are used without a flash. Professional photography equipment (with detachable or zoom lenses) is never permitted without an appropriate media or photo pass
How do I get a photo pass or schedule an interview with the band?
Requests for media credentials should be handled through the artist's management company directly.
How can I get the band to announce a special occasion for me from the stage?
Requests for announcements or other special elements should be handled through the artist's management company directly.
Can I bring food or drinks from home to the show?
No, outside food and drink are not permitted inside the building. Drinking fountains, full service bars and concessions are available for most shows.
Can I smoke inside The Fillmore Silver Spring?
Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. An outdoor smoking section is available during most shows.
The Fillmore Silver Spring is committed to complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act and all relevant state and local laws.
All customers with visual, hearing, or mobility disabilities which need an accommodation are directed to contact our Box Office at 301-960-9999, option 3. Our box office will advise customers regarding available wheelchair and companion seating as well as other provided services.
Wheelchair and companion seating is sold on a firstcome, first serve basis. When wheelchair and companion seating is sold out, we will be unable to accommodate guests seeking such seats.
Any guest needing assistance upon arrival should proceed to the Box Office. Be advised that Fillmore personnel reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair and companion seats.
Where do I pickup my Will Call tickets?
The Box Office at the Fillmore Silver Spring is located at the club (8656 Colesville Rd). Will Call is only available for pick up on the day of the show.
What methods of payment are accepted for purchasing tickets at the box office?
The Box Office at the Fillmore Silver Spring accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash. A photo ID is required for all credit card payments.

What do I need to bring to pickup my Will Call tickets?
Please have proper picture I.D., credit card, and confirmation number to pick up your tickets so our staff can make sure that your tickets end up in your hands. Will Call is only available for pick up on the day of the show.
Can I purchase alcohol at the Fillmore Silver Spring?
Yes, we have many full service bars located inside the facility. Patrons of legal drinking age are to welcome purchase alcoholic beverages after showing a photo ID for age verification.
Where is the lost and found?
Items recovered from shows are collected at the administrative office at The Fillmore Silver Spring. If you notice you are missing an item during a show, please check with our ushers for assistance. To check on the status of a lost item, please call the venue.
Do you have seating options at the Fillmore?
The Fillmore Silver Spring is a General Admission Standing Room Only Venue, unless otherwise indicated on our website. The only permanent seating option available in the venue is the VIP Premium Seat Section at the center of the balcony. Seats at the private tables in this section can be reserved through membership in the VIP Premium Seats program, a dedicated Fillmore Silver Spring season seat program. Occasionally there will be other seating options available on the night of a show. Please inquire with one of our staff once you arrive onsite for the show and they will be able to direct you to the appropriate place.

If I buy VIP Premium Seat Tickets, what does that include?
VIP Premium Seat tickets at the Fillmore Silver Spring are tickets for admission to the show that include a reserved seat at one of the boxes or tables in the VIP Premium Seat section in the center balcony. You will have in-seat wait service all night at your seats, and these tickets also give you skip-the-line advantage as soon as the doors open for the show.
These tickets are sold exclusively through the Premium Seat Sales Team.
VIP Premium Seat tickets DO NOT INCLUDE: backstage access, meet & greets with the artist(s), or merchandise.
Is The Fillmore Silver Spring metro accessible?
The Fillmore Silver Spring is located on the Red Line train via the Silver Spring station, however, please be advised that the DC metro system is implementing a new SafeTrack schedule. What forms of ID are accepted for the consumption of alcohol inside the venue?

Valid US Government Issued IDs (Driver's License, State ID, Military ID, US Passport, US Immigration ID) Valid Foreign Passports
We do NOT accept Foreign Driver's Licenses or expired US ID's of any kind. Valid IDs are required to consume alcohol in our establishment.
